Dampha Kunda Diaspora organisation is a charitable organization dedicated to improving the lives and livelihood of the poor , needy and disadvantage people in the society especially rural communities in the Gambia .Help us in Building a healthier Rural Community in the Gambia.
Dampha Kunda Diaspora's Objectives
INTRODUCTION
These are generally considered our short-term policies, measures, actions and specific targets based on a precise time frame. Our objectives are particular steps and actions that we must take to achieve our overall strategic goals. They tell us what we must do and when to accomplish a clear objective within a particular period, usually months or years. Below is the outline of Dampha Kunda Diaspora’s objectives:
How do we fund our projects
Our fund raise campaign strategies to support our community development initiatives is from through members annual contributions . Who have unanimously agreed to pay an amount of D11,000 (GMB), equivalent to €200 per year, and we are also seeking sponsorships, donations from individuals, businesses, and other organisations who are more passionate about giving back to the community on the same causes.
Communication
To maintain regular and effective communication among members. We interact via our social media platforms mainly WhatsApp channels Exchange ideas, conduct virtual meetings and discuss important matters related to community development strategies, aims and objectives daily. Encourage members to inform the group about their upcoming events and functions.
Broadcast events
Public announcements includes obituaries, lost or missing family members friends and sharing any village development related projects to be accompany by audios ,photos and videos, etc. to publish be on our social media platform including website, WhatsApp youTube Facebook and TikTok .
Get everyone involved
Encourage all the natives of Dampha Kunda village who are based in the aboard to join, contribute and actively get involved in our community development initiatives to build a healthcare facility to be achieved by the end of 2026.
